• All cancelations within 48hours of an appointment will incur a $50 cancelation fee. This is non negotiable and agreed upon when securing your appointment. All corrective work will require a $100 deposit to secure your booking.
   

• Velvet Mane offers adjustments for a 2 week period following your appointment, on the unlikely occasion that you're unhappy with your service with us. 
  Adjustments will not be complimentary if left longer than 2 weeks or change of mind on what was discussed. Adjustments must be provided by the same stylist, if another is requested, the full charge will apply.

• We kindly request that children 18months and older as well as any extras, do not accompany you to your appointment. This is to avoid any safety issues and to respect other guests in our space.
  We will not be able to perform your service if this is the case.
